Admission and Withdrawal
1. New member admission procedure
Please fill out the application form and send it to the secretary of the Division of Research Innovation and Collaboration (Taira G), Institute for Molecular Science.
2. Procedures for Continuing Membership
(1)Early March of each year
The Institute for Molecular Science, Division of Research Innovation and Collaboration (Taira G) will send you an e-mail to confirm your intention to continue as a “TILA Consortium Member for the following year”.
(2)Mid-April
Okazaki Integration Office Center sends invoices to continuing members
(3)Late May
Deadline for payment of membership fee
3. Withdrawal procedure
If you wish to withdraw from the membership without continuing to the next year, please fill out the withdrawal form and submit it to the secretary of the Division of Research Innovation and Collaboration (Taira G) , Institute for Molecular Science.
4. Notification of Change
If there are any changes in the information on the application form, please fill in the required items on the Change Form and submit it to the secretary of the Division of Research Innovation and Collaboration (Taira G) at the Institute for Molecular Science.
